OAK CREEK - On Friday, April 6, ALDI is holding a hiring event for store associates and shift managers.
Store Associates' pay begins at $12 an hour and will increase after 6 months. Shift Managers' pay begins at $16.75 an hour and will also increase after 6 months.
The ALDI is located at 6810 South 27th Street in Oak Creek.
Staff at ALDI are valued as a key part in customer's shopping experiences. Smiles and pleasantness will be important in having a one up during the hiring event.
Requirements:
- Lift and lock stock up to 45 pounds
- Ability to multitask
- Communicate effectively
- Be open to new ideas
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have a flexible schedule
- Be at least 18-years-old
- Have a high school diploma
