RACINE, Wis. — O&H Danish Bakery in Racine is putting the 'Kringle' in Kris Kringle. The bakery released a new kringle flavor Monday: Santa's Secret Christmas Kringle.
The new kringle is made with a red velvet cake recipe, layered with vanilla pudding and topped with O&H Danish Bakery's creamy frosting with Christmas sprinkles, according to a press release.
"We wanted to create a Kringle that embodied the spirit, joy and tradition of Santa for families around the world,” said third generation co-owner of O&H Danish Bakery Eric Olesen in a press release. “Our hope is that our holiday lineup will make you want to celebrate the season with family and friends over delicious treats.”
O&H Danish Bakery has three locations in Racine, one in Sturtevant and one in Oak Creek. The new kringle is available at each bakery.
Other holiday kringles making a comeback are the Eggnog Kringle and A Very Danish Christmas Kringle.
