The Milwaukee VA Medical Center has partnered with the Southeastern Wisconsin Task Force on Veteran Suicide Prevention to launch a new app to help veterans in need.
The free app, CVI HELP, uses the user's location to connect them with services they may need, including food, shelter, health care, and even legal aid.
The app also features emergency links for veterans who may need immediate help.
The app was developed by the Center for Veterans Issues Ltd and is available in English and Spanish.
CVI HELP is available in the iPhone app store and the Google play store.
