Muskego Police say they were called to home after a neighbor spotted a “panda” on the front porch last week.

On Friday morning, police said the resident called in the sighting, calling it suspicious, “ as panda bears are not native to Wisconsin.”

Police found the “bear” who was a 48-year-old Muskego resident. He was supposed to dog sit for his friends and showed up in costume as a prank on the owners.

The homeowners were contacted and the “panda” was allowed in the home.
