MILWAUKEE — Have you ever thought about working for Milwaukee Public Schools? Now is your chance to join the state’s largest district.

MPS is hosting two job fairs this summer to attract teachers, paraprofessionals, and school nutrition and building operations staff.

The job fairs are scheduled Saturday, July 13 and Saturday, Aug. 3.

MPS teachers are needed for many grade levels, subjects and specialties, including special education. Part-time positions are available. Interviews will be offered for some positions.

MPS seeks licensed teachers as well as early career and retired teachers, professionals looking for a career change, individuals wishing to complete a bachelor’s degree in education, paraprofessionals and others with special circumstances who dream of teaching.

Full-time MPS employees receive a pension plan, tuition reimbursement and professional development. MPS also offers health, dental and vision insurance.

Vincent High School, 7501 N. Granville Road, is the site of the job fair from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 13.

The Aug. 3 job fair is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The location will be announced.
