MILWAUKEE — The threat 'Move or Die' was written on a house in Walker's Point while a mother and daughter slept. It happened just one month after they were victims of an armed robbery. The family believes the two are connected because the robbers never got what they wanted, their car.

Surveillance video captured the moment a mother and daughter's house was tagged over the weekend. The words 'Move or Die Punk B---' were spray painted while they slept.

The two do no want to be identified but say they refused to be scared.

"We're not afraid," said the daughter.

The women say they believe this is connected to an armed robbery back in August. We interviewed on August 21st. They told us how they were held at gunpoint while two suspects tried to steal their car.

"He said, 'I will kill you dead b---.,' I said, 'Shoot me,'" said the mother.

She refused to give up her car. Her daughter tried to hold onto her purse. Instead, she said she was beaten and left with a concussion, cuts on her face and a chipped tooth.

They believe the robbers are mad because they never got their vehicle.

"People don't have a life. They need to get a job," said the mother.

The two say they are moving out of their neighborhood, but they made the decision because of the crime in their neighborhood, not because of the graffiti on their house.

"We were already in the process of moving before this," said the mother. "They don't dictate what we do."

Milwaukee Police are investigating both incidents. So far, there have been no arrests.
