For a limited time, travelers can enroll for TSA Precheck at an expedited screening program at Mitchell International Airport.
From Dec. 18 to 22, the airport will have a mobile enrollment center at its baggage claim to help you sign up.
Passengers in precheck don’t have to take off their shoes, light outerwear or belts.
The application fee is $85 for five years. Walk-ins are welcome.
The enrollment center will be open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to
12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Applicants need their passport or government-issued photo ID. The process includes an in=person interview, background check and fingerprint processing.
