Police from Burlington, Vermont are looking or a missing woman they believe to be in the Milwaukee area.
Deborah Celmer, 47, has been missing since Dec. 21, the Burlington, Vermont police department said. The last time she had contact with her family was early on Jan. 2 when she asked for money, but she did not tell her family her location.
Police tracked her phone and saw that it was in Milwaukee.
Celmer's family said she has a history of suicide attempts and suffers from 'paranoid delusions.'
Before leaving Vermont, she bought $2,000 worth of camping gear. Her family said she does not like homeless shelters and has slept in the woods before. Authorities believe she is getting around on busses.
