A 16-year-old North Carolina girl who authorities believed may have been headed toward Milwaukee with an adult male Sunday has been found safe.
Abigail Allen was located in South Carolina, according to the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office.
Allen will be returned to her Jacksonville, NC home on Monday.
It's not clear if the man the teen was reportedly with was found with her when she was found.
