Milwaukee's 8th Annual March for Cannabis legalization is this Saturday, May 5.

The march is in support of cannabis legalization in the state of Wisconsin.

At 1 p.m. marchers will meet near the Milwaukee County Court House at MacArthur Square Park.

Many guests will be speaking at the march including Eric Marsch, director of SE WI NORML, Rick Banks of Black Leaders Organizing for Communities, Tiffany Anderson of the Greater Milwaukee Green Party and David Bowen, State Representative for Wisconsin's 10th District.

Pro-cannabis governor candidates, Phil Anderson (L), Mike Crute (D), Matt Flynn (D), Andy Gronik (D), Mike McCabe (D) and Kelda Roys (D), will be speaking on the upcoming 2018 elections.

There will be a free after party at Studio 200 following the march.

"The mission of the March for Cannabis is to unite cannabis supporters and advocates so we can bring greater awareness to the issues of prohibition and have a stronger voice when we vote in the 2018 elections," according to the Facebook page.
