Surveillance video caught a man snatching up a Milwaukee woman's flower pots one-by-one on the north side last week.

"I couldn't believe it, no one has any business coming on my step taking anything," said the victim.

She didn't want to show her face because she's concerned about her safety.  But she's releasing the video hoping someone will recognize the thief.

"I want to catch whoever is doing this or who's behind this," she said.

Milwaukee police are investigating and they say it happened Friday night. In the video, the thief appears to be in no rush, acting like the pots were his.

"Smooth, he wasn't in a hurry," the victim said.

He has a bald head with glasses.

"He just walked up like he knew exactly where he was going. It makes you feel like your privacy is being invaded," she said.

Because of that, the woman is offering a $500 reward to anyone who can help police identify this man.

"What is this world coming to? You can't put out a flower pot," the victim said.

To receive this $500 reward, the victim said the suspect has to be both arrested and convicted.
