Milwaukee police seek man accused of sexually assaulting a child

MILWAUKEE — Update: Bates was found and taken into custody by Milwaukee police.

Milwaukee police need your help finding a man accused of sexually assaulting a child and burglary.

Dnylan L. Bates, 20, is wanted for 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and two counts of Burglary, according to MPD on Tuesday.

Bates is described wearing a black jacket with “SECURITY” on the back.

According to online court records, Bates was previously charged and pleaded guilty to two counts of Fourth Degree Sexual Assault last June. Bates' probation hearing is scheduled for Nov. 16, 2020.
