The Milwaukee Police Department is looking for help from the public in locating a critical missing man.
Authorities said that 58-year-old Carlos Londono-Torres ran away from his home near 38th and W. Lloyd St. about 6 p.m. Tuesday on foot. Torres suffers from a medical condition that makes it challenging for him to communicate.
Torres is described as 5' 6" tall, thin build, short black hair, brown eyes. He was last seen with a white towel around his neck, a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and red and black shoes. If you have any information, contact the Milwaukee Police Department or click here to submit a tip.
