MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is searching for a suspect who escaped police custody on Friday.
Police say Marquis R. Martin was arrested and escaped around 6:04 p.m., in the 3000 block of S. 27th Street on Friday.
He fled eastbound and may be driving a black 2013 KIA Soul with a Wisconsin license plate of ABY-6637.
Martin is described as a 5'7" Black male weighing around 130 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, denim jeans, and white shoes.
