MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police say a missing 13-year-old girl was found safe Wednesday.
Michele C. Frazier was last seen around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of S. 35th Street.
According to the girl's mother, she is back home safely.
