MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department needs the public's help to find a 'critical missing' man.

58-year-old Robert Carter was last seen at his home in the 8000 block of W. Crawford Ave. at around 9:00 a.m. Monday morning.

Carter is described as 5’9 and 210 lbs with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black Nike hooded sweatshirt, brown/tan flannel button up shirt, dark jeans and dark colored boots. He has a parrot tattoo on the right side of his neck.
