Milwaukee police looking for a man suspected of sexual assault

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify and locate a man suspected a sexual assault that happened on June 6 around 9:20 a.m. near the 2800 block of Elder Wallace Drive.

The suspect is a 25 to 30-year-old African-American male. He is about 5'3" and weighs around 175 to 200 pounds police said. He was last seen in a black shirt, black pants, and black and white shoes. Police said he was armed with a gun at the time of the assault.

On the morning of June 6, the armed suspect ordered the victim to the ground, went through her pockets, and sexually assaulted her.
