Milwaukee Police: 2 separate overnight shootings leave 1 man dead, 1 teen injured

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee Police are investigating two separate overnight shootings on the city's north side that left a man dead and a teen injured. 

The first shooting occurred around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of N. Palmer Street. According to Milwaukee Police, an 18-year-old man was shot and injured during an argument. Police say their investigation into this shooting is ongoing. 

The second shooting occurred roughly 45 minutes later -- near the intersection of 26th and Atkinson. Milwaukee Police say a 20-year-old man from Milwaukee was shot multiple times and died at the scene. Circumstances of this shooting remain under investigation by Milwaukee Police.

Police have not released any other information at this time.
