MILWAUKEE -- A pedestrian was hit and killed by a car on Milwaukee's north side Monday night, the Milwaukee Fire Department says.
It happened just before 8:30 p.m. Monday near W. Atkinson Ave. and N. 19th St. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner was called to the scene, indicating a fatality.
There's no word yet on that status of the driver or what caused the accident.
