A Milwaukee man is accused of driving while drunk with a 4-year-old child in his vehicle Saturday night in West Allis.
A Wisconsin State Police trooper stopped the 28-year-old man at about 11:40 p.m. after he was allegedly spotted swerving in the east bound lanes of Greenfield Avenue at 95th Street.
The driver was taken to a local hospital for a blood draw.
He faces charges of operating while intoxicated 2nd offense with a minor in the vehicle, operating after revocation and several other charges including a child car seat violation.
