MILWAUKEE — A 22-year-old Milwaukee man was charged Friday with three felonies for a triple shooting on the city’s north side in August that left one man dead and two children wounded.
Craig J. Rogers was charged with first-degree reckless homicide and two counts of first-degree reckless injury.
The shooting happened about 8:30 p.m. Aug. 12 near 10th and Burleigh.
According to Milwaukee Police, an ongoing dispute led to the shooting.
The suspect reportedly fired multiple gunshots at a group of people that included small children.
Eric Williams Sr. died at the scene from his injuries, according to the criminal complaint.
A 14-year-old boy received a non-life-threatening gunshot injury.
A 4-year-old boy received very serious gunshot wounds.
