MILWAUKEE — A Milwaukee free meal program will run through Dec. 31 in an effort to help struggling families amid the pandemic.
With the pandemic continuing to have a major effect on our communities and economy, some people may be struggling to afford food. That is why Alderman Russell W. Stamper, II is inviting residents to take part in the program at the Urban Ecology Center in Washington Park, 1859 N. 40th St.
Breakfast and lunch packs will be available from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Alderman Stamper encourages any families who could benefit from the program to take advantage of this opportunity.
