MILWAUKEE — May is Military Appreciation Month, and on Thursday, Miller Park will hold a job fair for military members.
The job fair will take place in the SKYY Lounge. It runs from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for veterans, military spouses, transitioning military, National Guard members and Reservists.
The event is made possible through DAV and RecruitMilitary. More than 150 people have already registered, including more than 20 soldiers and 15 sailors.
RecruitMilitary says they've held 11 events in Milwaukee so far, with more than 1,700 people attending.
