A very slow moving storm system is approaching and we could see some snow and rain for the next couple of days.
Wednesday was full of sunshine and warmer temperatures, but that's nothing to get too excited about. The clouds and messy weather are expected to return Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
There is a slow moving snow storm on the way, and while not a lot of snow is expected, this storm will last a few days and may cause a little bit of annoyance.
Light snow is expected to begin late Wednesday night and continue into Thursday morning. That snow will likely accumulate to around an inch of snow by Thursday morning, affecting your morning commute.
Thursday will be filled with on-and-off snow showers, therefore accumulating another inch of snow by Friday morning.
On Friday we could see a snow/rain mix throughout the day with an additional two inches by Saturday morning. By then, the storm should be out of here.
While the roads will be wet and possibly snow-covered, this storm shouldn't make commutes too bad considering how spread out this storm system is.
Starting tonight we're going to have some snow, maybe mixing with rain, over the next few days. With daytime temps above freezing... roads should stay mainly wet, except when we get quick bursts of snow or at night. https://t.co/9Zu52p0Muk #wiwx #weather #swiwx pic.twitter.com/p5TRjPDQnx
