More wintry weather on the way

We are going to get several waves of low pressure impacting SE Wisconsin with some wintry weather over the next few days. Temperatures are in the lower 30s this afternoon and will fall into the upper 20s later tonight. It’s mainly after midnight that light snow will begin to move into the area; up to an inch of accumulation can be expected for tonight. On Thursday, expect more scattered snow showers with some rain mixing in at times. Highs on Thursday will range from the low to mid 30s and an additional inch of snow will be possible. Friday will be cloudy with a mix of rain and snow, with highs in the upper 30s.

More snow looks likely for Saturday morning then expect mostly cloudy skies for the remainder of the day with highs in the mid 30s. On Sunday there will be a slight chance for some flurries otherwise expect mostly cloudy skies with highs in the upper 30s. There will also be a slight chance for a wintry mix on Monday with highs in the upper 30s.
