Milwaukee police investigate two fatal shootings hours apart

The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating two shootings that happened just hours apart Wednesday morning.

Police responded to a shooting just before 5 a.m. on the 3900 block of W. Lloyd Street. Police said a 28-year-old man sustained deadly injuries. Police are searching for known suspects related to the shooting.

Several hours later, police responded to a shooting just before 8:30 a.m. on the 5600 block of N. 65th Street. Police said a 27-year-old man died from fatal injuries. Police are searching for unknown suspects in relation to this shooting.
