Singer TLC's famous line "Don't go chasing waterfalls" might not be persuasive enough to keep people from the rushing waters now that there is an incredibly easy way to find one of the many waterfalls around Wisconsin.

TLC meet your match. It's called Wisconsinwaterfallsmap.com.

It's an online map that shows the location of around 100 waterfalls across the state.

"I just thought it was a cool tool for people who wanted to do day trips in not so populated areas that were safe and friendly, for (a) pandemic friendly day trip," co-creator Sam Swiech said.

Swiech created the website with the help of his girlfriend and launched
it last week.

It's not an all-encompassing list of every waterfall in the state, but Swiech hopes to add more to the map as discovers more.

The website is easy to use. Click on the waterfall icon and it will show you the exact location of the waterfall.

"Some of the locations are easy to get to. Some of them are hard to get to, and some of them are on private property that you shouldn’t really get to," Swiech said.

"Don't go chasing waterfalls" just might not be a catchy enough lyric to keep people from seeing them now that there is this map giving people easy access to waterfalls.
