Milwaukee Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Walker's Point neighborhood Monday.
According to police, a man was shot and killed near 14th & Mineral. Officers were called to the area shortly before 3:15 a.m.
Investigators blocked off a portion of Mineral Street between 14th and 15th for several hours as they searched the alleys and yards around homes and spoke with witnesses.
Authorities said at least a couple of the witnesses at the scene were being very cooperative.
The impacted portion of Mineral Street re-opened to traffic around 7 a.m.
Police continue to search for the suspect(s) and look for a motive behind the shooting.
