GERMANTOWN -- A 28-year-old man from Hubertus died after a 2-vehicle crash in Germantown Tuesday evening.
The wreck happened at approximately 4 p.m. on Appleton Avenue, north of Willow Creek Road.
Germantown police said the 28-year-old man was driving north on Appleton Avenue when he crossed the center line and struck a truck, driving south, head-on.
He died at the scene.
The driver of the truck -- a 52 year old man from Watertown -- was taken to the hospital and is expected to be OK
