The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office has charged a man in connection to a fatal shooting at Bayshore Town Center.
Jose Aviles Hernandez has been charged with 1st degree reckless homicide for the death of a 30-year-old man. He remains in custody at the Milwaukee County Criminal Justice Facility.
The shooting took place Jan. 26 in the U.S. Bank parking lot at Bayshore about 8:25 a.m.
Police have previously reported that Aviles Hernandez and the victim knew each other.
