MILWAUKEE — Terron Clayborn, who was accused of killing DPW employee Bryan Rodriguez on Feb. 8, reached a plea agreement Wednesday.
Clayborn, 31, was charged with a count of hit-and-run resulting in death as well as operating a vehicle with a suspended license. He was on the run from police for nearly two weeks before he was arrested.
Rodriguez was filling potholes near 17th and Vine when he was killed.
Clayborn is scheduled to be sentenced at 8:15 a.m. June 13.
He could be sentenced to as many as 18 years in prison.
