MILWAUKEE -- This is a sure sign we've really turned the corner into spring, with summer not too far behind: popular lakefront stop Northpoint Custard is holding its seasonal grand opening party on Saturday, May 21st.
Begining at 10:30 a.m., the Bartolotta-operated walk-up restaurant will be back in business - and the first 150 customers in line even get their burger for free.
Northpoint, located at 2272 N. Lincoln Memorial Dr., is most well-known for its burgers and custard, but it also offers cheese curds, onion rings, french fries, and the like. It's a popular destination for families and tourists on the lakefront, especially on a warm day.
If you just can't wait until May 21st, you can get Northpoint year-round at both their Downtown Kitchen location and at General Mitchell Internation Airport.
