Kobe Bryant is to be inducted into the 2020 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame.
Following his tragic death on Sunday, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced that Bryant will be inducted into the hall of fame.
Kobe Bryant will be a first-ballot enshrinement into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame class of 2020.

"Expected to be arguably the most epic class ever with Kobe, Tim Duncan and Kevin Garnett," HOF chairman Jerry Colangelo says. "Kobe will be honored the way he should be."
According to NBC Sports, Hall of Fame Chairman Jerry Colangelo said, "Kobe will be honored the way he should be."
This news comes one day after Bryant's helicopter crashed killing him, his daughter, and seven other passengers.
