A Wisconsin high school is using technology to help a dog with three legs.
Students in Kaukauna are using a high-tech 3D printer to make a prosthetic limb for the pup.
Grey, the 11-month-old golden retriever is like very normal golden retriever puppy, except Grey only has one leg. But an engineering class is about to help Grey enter the four-legged world.
Students designed and printed the prosthetic leg in class. The project started five months ago and with a few tweaks, Greys’ ail will be wagging because she’s enjoying her brand new leg.
Since Grey is still a puppy the students created a prosthetic that can adjust to his height as Grey grows.
