MILWAUKEE — Milwaukee's Hamburger Mary's announced Wednesday a new Mardi Gras pop-up bar experience coming this February.

From Feb. 11 though Fat Tuesday, Feb. 25, Mary's Arcase Bar will be transformed into a giant Mardi Gras party.

According to a press release, there will be plenty of beads and specialty foods. From shrimp and chicken poboys, to crab cake sliders and Mary's signature Rajun Cajun Andouille-Stuffed Burger, "you'll think you are sitting at the Café Du Monde in New Olean’s French Quarter."

In addition to the food, Mary's will have hurricanes and frozen daiquiris. Customers will also find twists on classic New Orleans cocktails.

This pop-up bar is just the first of a series of pop-up bar experiences that Mary's plans to offer throughout the year.
