A Greenfield Police officer has been cleared of wrongdoing after a pursuit last March that ended with a suspect dead.
The officer performed what’s called a “PIT” maneuver. The driver, 25-year-old Nicholas O'Brien, died in the crash.
The Milwaukee County D.A. says the officer acted within his power to end that chase.
