A Green Bay man has entered a guilty plea for his 11th OWI.
According to previous reports, Douglas Lee Kluth approached a Wisconsin State Trooper who assisting with traffic direction at Highway J and Brown Road in Oconto County around 1 a.m. Feb. 27.
The Trooper observed signs of impairment and conducted a sobriety test and found Kluth to be under the influence. He was arrested and turned over to the Oconto County Jail.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for September 19.
