ORIGINAL STORY:
The Sun Prairie Police Department is asking individuals to be on the lookout for an at-risk veteran.
Shawn Jacob, 38, was last seen Wednesday in the City of Sun Prairie.
Police believe he may be in the Madison, Milwaukee or Lake Geneva area.
Jacob is a white male, 5 ft. 11 in. tall and 230 pounds. He has short brown hair and blue eyes.
He drives a 2008 white Ford F-150 truck with a black tonneau cover and license plate HT9619.
Police do not believe foul play is involved in his disappearance.
