GREEN BAY — A Green Alert has been cancelled for a Green Bay veteran after he was found Wednesday afternoon.
Yuri O. Burrows, 38, was last seen visiting a tavern late Monday in Howard when a Green Alert was issued.
No other information has been released around his recovery.
