"Grate Modern Mac and Cheese" will open a second location in Greenfield this May.
Roaring Fork Restaurant Group first launched the fast-casual mac and cheese restaurant in Menomonee Falls back in August last year. It features a dozen gourmet mac and cheese entrees, all using only Wisconsin butter, milk and cheese.

The new location will be in the 84South development near South 84th and West Layton Avenue. It will employ about 25 to 30 people and be open daily from 10:30 a.m. until 9 p.m.
