Their motto says "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom," and they mean it. United States Postal Service workers will be out and about on Wednesday, delivering mail on the coldest day of the year.

Our NBC affiliate in Chicago says the workers will attempt to deliver mail for every customer, but to help take the load off the men and women who will be in and out of mail trucks all day you can put a hold on your mail.

All mail will be held at your local post office until you're ready to receive it.
