Frank Jude Jr. is charged with felony damage to property.
A witness who recorded the video Saturday said Jude locked himself in a gas station and started throwing things.
According to a criminal complaint, it cost the business about $7,000 in products and sales.
Jude faces more than three years in prison if convicted.
Jude is known for a 2004 incident in which he was beaten by off-duty Milwaukee police officers at a party.
After winning a $2 million settlement, he had multiple run-ins with police.
