A MillerCoors former executive pleaded guilty to scamming his employer out of more than $8.6 million, reports the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.
David Colletti faces a recommended sentence of 65 months in prison, according to the plea deal.
The reduced sentence is in exchange for Colletti's cooperation with prosecutors. His assistance will assist with the prosecution of seven codefendants.
Colletiti worked in the marketing and promotions department at MillerCoors.
Colletti will plead guilty to wire fraud and will not be sentenced until the "conclusion of his cooperation," which may require him to testify against some or all of his co-defendants, according to court documents obtained by the Journal-Sentinel.
