The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public's help locating a suspect who led police on a high-speed chase early Thursday morning.
It happened around 1:33 a.m. on I-41 Northbound near CTH N in the Town of Eldorado.
A silver Dodge Magnum drove off from a traffic stop after being pulled over for having plates registered to another vehicle.
According to police, for about 12 miles officers attempted to pull over the car as he drove up to speeds of 115 mph.
Wisconsin State Patrol assisted the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Department in the chase, but they both stopped chasing the suspect when it got off I-41 in Oshkosh at the 9th Avenue exit.
The temporary plate number on the vehicle police are looking for is N3667W. If you have any information about the suspect driving the vehicle, the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office is asking you to contact them at 920-929-3390.
