MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee County Zoo is offering a Family Farm Weekend on September 8 and 9 at the Northwestern Mutual Family Farm.
The event will be taking place from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m both days, and will have plenty of activities for all ages. Adults can shop for locally grown produce, while kids can ride pedal tractors.
Other events include a Wisconsin Spudmobile, where you can learn about the potato production process, a milk chugging contest, a pickle eating contest, basket weaving and the farmer's market.
