The family of 24-year-old Edward Hutchinson gathered at the site of his death Wednesday to remember the father of two with a baby on the way.

The family says Hutchinson was the victim of a shooting at a home on Ruby Avenue shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Wauwatosa Police say some sort of argument led to the shooting. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Wednesday, officers took a man into custody in front of the home. They say he is one of two people being held in the case after three people were questioned in the hours after the shooting.

"It's not necessary to kill somebody over something stupid... Whatever the argument was somebody had enough nerves to walk away and the person that pulled the trigger had the same amount of time to walk away as anybody else," said Hutchinson's uncle Sylvester Wilson.

Wauwatosa Police say the case is still an active investigation and will be handed to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office for a charging decision, soon.
