MILWAUKEE -- Fans hoping for one last stroll down the yellow brick road will have to wait a few more months.
Sir Elton John's Milwaukee show, originally scheduled for Fiserv Forum on February 19, has been postponed to make some "technical production adjustments." The performance will now take place Saturday, October 19 at 8:00 p.m.
All tickets will be honored for the new show.
John's "Farewell Yellow Brick Road" tour is intended as the end of a long and successful career for the pop icon.
"I've been touring since I was 17 with various bands," John said to CNN . "I thought the time is right to say thank you to all my fans and say goodbye."
