BAYSIDE — If you are cooped up in the house with your children, nonprofit Friendship Circle of Wisconsin’s Facebook page is featuring free, live classes each day. This includes kids' yoga, story time and music class.

TMJ4 News spoke to two Bayside families taking part in the fun.

Mom of 4, Leah Stein, is letting her 9, 8, 6 and 2-year-old get their energy out with kids' yoga.

They are keeping her on her toes as she works to keep them all busy.

“One kid is learning, and the other kid is coloring on the wall! I mean there’s always action here, always,” laughed Stein.

The global branch of Friendship Circle came together to create content for children and their families at home.

The mission is for everyone to still feel connected.

Along with yoga, music and crafts Stein says, “There’s special educators talking about what to do with different situations, there's anxiety.”

Meanwhile, Sari Shovers is taking advantage of story time with her 4-year-old Adam and 1-year-old Josh.

She says, “It’s been really great! Having different story times and different music times. We’re definitely trying to keep a schedule keep a routine so that’s pretty helpful.”

They hope the classes help keep people at home, like the governor and others have asked the state to do, so that everyone can do these things face-to-face sometime soon.

Friendship Circle of Wisconsin’s Facebook pageplans to have live events Tuesday. This includes karate, zumba, science and art. You can learn more by clicking here.
