WAUKESHA — The City of Waukesha has decided to allow trick-or-treating this year.
Trick-or-treating is planned to take place in the city on Saturday, Oct. 31 from 5-7 p.m.
The city says that anyone wishing to trick or treat is asked to respect that if a porch light is on, the home is participating. If a light is not on, the home is not participating.
