The late great Chris Farley's own Harley-Davidson motorcycle is being auctioned online, but there is a catch.

The actor and Madison native's personal 1997 Harley-Davidson XLH1200 Sportster 1200 motorcycle has been listed on Liveauctioneers.com, and the description says it used to belong to Chris Farley, with an estimated price of $4,000 - $6,000.

But that's not all. Chris' brother, Tom Farley, got wind of the sale and went to Facebook Wednesday, giving away some of the back story. Tom writes that somebody convinced Chris to buy a Harley Davidson because “they are cool and made in Wisconsin." Tom says Chris only road it a few times around Chicago "because it terrified him!" When Chris passed away in 1997, Tom says the Farley family donated the bike to Planet Hollywood.

But, even if you do manage to successfully buy Chris Farley's bike, you won't get far on it. Tom added in his Facebook post: "Now, I see that it’s up for auction. The description notes that, 'the ignition key is missing'. Know why? Because I kept it! Wanna buy Chris’s Harley and actually RIDE it ... you’ll have to talk to me!"

The Harley features a 5-speed transmission, belt drive, chromed shotgun exhaust and black leather saddlebags. It is located in the eastern U.S. and special shipping arrangements may apply. The listing says it was acquired from the family of Chris Farley.
